EXCITING NEWS!!!! Our incredible Spark Change Ambassadors were so excited to launch our FIRST initiative!!! During the month of June, we all focused on the importance of MENTAL WELLNESS, especially during these uncertain times.

Initiative Details
All month long we brought #awareness and shared different ways we invest in our own mental health, along with some additional tips and tricks so you can decide what works best for you!

Breathe - try a breathing exercise
Embrace Chaos - enjoy the ride of life
Exercise - because endorphins make you happy
Feed Your Soul - watch/read/listen to something positive
Social Media and Technology Detox - spend some time offline
Seek Professional Guidance - find a safe space

In addition to investing in our mental wellness, we also shared how we manage stress in our professional lives. As driven, ambitious, passionate leaders, we understand the crippling effects of #burnout and know the importance of #balance.

Rest and Reset
As we wrapped up this month of bringing awareness to our mental wellness, our ambassadors made rest and recovery a priority...

It is natural for us to want to serve and serve, but it is important to remember we can't pour from an empty cup.
Here are a few way we reset and recharge...
Speak Life - use daily affirmations
Hydrate - drink more water
Yoga - strengthen and stretch
Dream - create a vision board with your goals
Journal - write freely or seek a guided prompt
Enjoy Nature - go outside, take a walk, kayak, hike, play
Positivity Playlist - dance it out
Community and Connection - find your people
Sleep and Rest - most important habit for mental health
Impact
Mental health and wellness is so important to our ambassadors, especially during these uncertain times. "We truly believe that when you change the 'I' to 'we,' illness becomes wellness," and coming together right now is of the utmost importance. The feedback we have received from our communities has been truly inspiring, and we look forward to having mental health and wellness be an essential tool as we continue to serve.
